HeCoN - Health Competences for NEETs

Aim of the project:

With the project HeCoN we want to strengthen the health competences of NEET's in Europe. Together with our transnational partners from Greece and Spain, we have developed lifeworld-oriented tools that professionals can use to support disadvantaged young adults in developing their health skills.

Activities:

•  Development of inputs and methods for trainings of NEETs.
•  Implementation of a toolbox for trainers with a focus on nutrition, physical activity and mindfulness.
•  Implementation of a digital toolbox as a virtual platform.
•  Dissemination of the results, free access to the developed materials.
